＊About Cable Cars and Ski Equipment：
・Adult ski resorts do not provide ski equipment and do not include transportation fees. Participants must bring their own ski equipment and lift tickets.
・Essential equipment: Includes neck protectors, snow goggles, waterproof gloves, high socks, and other personal items. Ski resorts generally do not provide rental items, so you need to purchase and prepare them yourself.
・Ski resort rental equipment： such as waterproof snow jackets, snow pants, helmets, snowshoes, and snowboards, can be rented at the ski shop within the resort. If you need to rent equipment, it is recommended to arrive at least one hour in advance.
・Lift tickets： There is no need to buy lift tickets in advance. After confirming the skiing conditions with the instructor, they can provide suggestions for purchasing lift tickets.

・On the day of the course, please check in at the counter 30 minutes in advance. After checking in, meet the instructor at the designated location at the start time of the course.
・Class time is defined as the start time of the course. Please use the restroom in advance and dress appropriately (including snow clothes, snow pants, and snow shoes) before meeting the instructor at the designated location.
・If you do not show up for class without a valid reason and exceed 30 minutes late, you will be deemed to have forfeited your spot. If a student is late due to personal reasons, they will not be allowed to make up the missed time.

＊Participant Restrictions：
To ensure your course eligibility, please note the following participant requirements:

・This course is intended for individuals aged 7 and above. If a participant is found to be under 7 years old, please consult the children’s ski school. The school reserves the right to cancel classes on-site if participants do not meet the age requirements.

・Participants confirm that their physical and mental conditions are suitable for skiing and that they do not have any congenital or acquired diseases or symptoms (such as heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.) that would medically prevent them from skiing.

＊Notes on Course Registration：
・he adult ski classes are only open to participants aged 7 and above. For students aged 3 to 7, please consult the children's ski school.
・Students need to purchase their own lift tickets, ski equipment, and accident insurance.
・Students who need to rent equipment on the day of the course are advised to visit the rental office 30 to 60 minutes before the start time for equipment rental and check-in.
・Classes will be held as usual in case of rain.

＊Course Cancellation Policy：
If you need to cancel a course, please notify us as soon as possible. Please note that cancellation fees will apply during the following periods:

・Adult Courses・
・Cancellation 21 days or more before the class: 30% cancellation fee
・Cancellation 14-20 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee
・Cancellation 7-13 days in advance: 60% cancellation fee
・Cancellation 3-6 days in advance: 80% cancellation fee
・No refund if canceled within 2 days
・Courses during special periods are subject to a 100% cancellation fee (please refer to the special period dates on the fee sheet)
